Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using TradingFlow services.
Country Restrictions
TradingFlow is not available to residents of the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- China
- Any country subject to UK, EU, UN, or US economic or trade sanctions
By using TradingFlow, you confirm that you are not a resident of any restricted country. TradingFlow may rely on self-certification and third-party checks to determine eligibility. We reserve the right to verify your country of residence and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this restriction.
1. Service Description
TradingFlow provides challenge evaluation services and performance-based rewards. Our platform allows you to:
- Participate in trading evaluation challenges
- Trade on simulated accounts using your own MT5 demo account
- Receive performance-based rewards upon successful completion of evaluation phases
⚠️ Important: TradingFlow is NOT an investment service. We do NOT provide capital for trading. We do NOT offer investment returns. All rewards are performance-based and subject to evaluation rules.
2. Terminology
To ensure regulatory compliance, TradingFlow uses specific terminology:
We use:
- Challenge - Not "funded account"
- Evaluation - Not "live trading"
- Simulated - Not "real capital"
- Performance-based rewards - Not "returns" or "investment"
These terms are used throughout our platform, communications, and marketing materials to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
3. Eligibility
To use TradingFlow services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Not be a resident of a restricted country (see Country Restrictions above)
- Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
- Have a valid MT5 demo account on an approved or whitelisted server
- Comply with all challenge rules and requirements
KYC Verification: KYC verification may be required at onboarding and/or prior to reward payouts. Failure to complete or pass KYC verification may result in suspension, denial of rewards, or account termination.
4. Performance-Based Rewards
Rewards are performance-based and subject to:
- Successful completion of evaluation phases
- Compliance with all challenge rules
- Minimum trading days requirement
- Commission deductions (see Commission Structure)
- 80/20 profit split (80% to you, 20% to TradingFlow)
Reward Review and Approval: All rewards are subject to review and approval by TradingFlow. TradingFlow reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or deny rewards where:
- Rules violations are detected;
- Trading behaviour appears abusive, manipulative, or inconsistent with fair evaluation;
- Technical anomalies or data integrity issues occur.
⚠️ Rewards are NOT guaranteed and are NOT investment returns. They are based solely on your trading performance during the evaluation period.
5. Commission Structure
Commissions are deducted from your profit at payout time:
- Commissions are calculated per trade based on lot size
- Standard rate: $7 per lot per side (open + close)
- Commissions cover platform costs, payment processing, and currency conversion fees
- Net profit = Gross profit - Total commissions
- Payout = 80% of net profit
Note: Currency conversion fees (if applicable) are included in the commission structure and do not result in additional charges to you.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Account sharing or multiple users on one account
- Copy trading or identical trades across accounts
- Using VPNs to bypass country restrictions
- Providing false country information
- Any form of fraud or manipulation
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any rewards.
7. No Employment or Contractor Relationship
Nothing in these Terms, any Reward Agreement, or any other TradingFlow documentation creates:
- an employment relationship
- a contractor or independent contractor relationship
- a partnership
- an agency relationship
- a joint venture
- any fiduciary relationship
Users are independent participants in evaluation challenges. TradingFlow does not direct, control, or supervise trading activity. All rewards are discretionary performance-based payments, not wages, salary, or contractor fees.
8. Third-Party Trading Accounts
TradingFlow does not provide trading accounts, brokerage services, or trading platforms.
Users independently obtain and maintain third-party trading accounts, including MT5 demo accounts, with external brokers.
By connecting any trading account to TradingFlow, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to access and use that account;
- You are permitted under your broker's terms to share read-only access credentials with third-party analytics services;
- The connected account is on an approved or whitelisted MT5 demo server supported by TradingFlow;
- You will provide investor/read-only credentials only, not trading credentials;
- Connecting such an account does not violate any agreement between you and the account provider.
TradingFlow accesses connected accounts solely on a read-only basis for analytical and evaluation purposes and does not execute, place, modify, or cancel trades.
9. No Affiliation
TradingFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to MetaQuotes Ltd., MetaTrader 5, or any broker.
All trademarks, platform names, and third-party services referenced remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Service Interruption & Third-Party Dependencies
TradingFlow relies on third-party services and infrastructure, including but not limited to:
- MetaApi and MetaTrader 5 broker platforms
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Payment processors (Stripe)
- Data feed providers
- Network and internet connectivity
TradingFlow is not liable for:
- Service interruptions, outages, or downtime
- Third-party service failures or unavailability
- Broker platform outages or technical issues
- Data synchronization delays or failures
- Network connectivity issues
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.)
TradingFlow's total liability for any claims arising from service interruptions or third-party failures is limited to the amount paid by the user for the affected challenge account. TradingFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once access has been granted and the service has begun, except where required by law or in the event of a verified technical failure attributable to TradingFlow.
By purchasing a challenge and commencing the service immediately, you acknowledge and agree that your statutory right to cancel may be waived once performance of the digital service begins, where permitted by law.
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure preventing access to the service (reported within 48 hours)
- Duplicate payment (accidental double charge)
- Where required by applicable consumer protection law
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Account breaches or rule violations
- Failure to pass evaluation phases
- User error or misunderstanding of rules
- Broker-side issues or MT5 platform problems
- Dissatisfaction with trading results
- Change of mind after service has begun
To request a refund, please contact support with your account details and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 14 business days to process.
12. Terms Updates
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of TradingFlow services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
